We will be holding our team meeting this Monday, November 9, 7:30PM at White Rock Ale House.  We will be outside on the back patio. Come on by and the Club will buy you a beer! However, we’ll let you order your own food.

Elections

Club officer elections will be held in December. President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer are all elected positions. While the current officers have all indicated they are willing to continue in their roles, don’t let that stop you if you want to participate. Throw you name into the hat! The Club is always looking for people with energy and ideas! And even if you don’t want to be an officer, the club has other positions which are appointed.

If you want to be involved with club duties, there’s always a place for you. This is YOUR opportunity to step up and be a part of the best cycling club in Texas! Please let Dave Sywak (dsywakguy1@sbcglobal.net) know if you would like to be a part of the club administration.

Join us Monday night, October 12 for our monthly meeting at the White Rock Ale House at 7:30. As always, the club will buy your first beer.

Come out early for an easy pre-meeting loop around White Rock Lake. We will leave the Ale House parking lot at 6:30PM.

We will be having our first meeting since the coronavirus on Monday, September 14, 7:30 at White Rock Ale House.  We will be on the patio and the club will buy you a beer!. We’ll let you order your own food.

Sadly, due to coronavirus/COVID, these meetings have been cancelled.

After a two month hiatus we will be having our June meeting at White Rock Ale House on Monday June 8th. We will be meeting outside with safe distancing in accordance with current state guidelines. We will not have a guest speaker, nor will we provide any shared food.

As you may have expected, the April meeting has been cancelled. Also, we have no plans for a Rally of the Month for April.

We want to remind you to follow all official directives and guidelines concerning the Covid-19 situation, For cycling activities, this means observing recommendations for social distancing. So, group rides are out for now.

It’s that time of year again! Come join us for the 2019 edition of our annual Christmas lights ride and party on Monday, December 9.

The lights ride will leave from the White Rock Ale House parking lot at 7:00PM. We will explore some of the local neighborhood Christmas lights and return to the parking lot by 8:00PM.

If you can’t join the ride, the party starts at 8:00PM at the White Rock Ale House. The club will provide free drinks and appetizers.
